We hope this letter finds you and your families in good health and doing well. The past few months have been a difficult time for our local community and our entire country. We are all looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. Throughout this crisis, we have committed ourselves to be available to care for your dental emergencies, preventative, and routine care. As always, we remain committed to providing our patients with high-quality care in a safe and comfortable manner.
Infection control, sterilization, and disinfection have always been a high priority at our office. We have always followed the infection control recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidelines that may be issued. We want you to know that your safety and the safety of our staff has always been and will continue to be our highest priority.
You may notice some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These changes have been made to help protect our patients and staff. Those changes will include:
Prior to your appointment and when you come into the office you will be asked some screening questions. We ask that if you are feeling ill or are experiencing a fever to please call us to reschedule.
We will have hand sanitizer available for you to use as needed.
We will be providing Hydrogen Peroxide rinse.
Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children's toys or games as these items are difficult to sanitize.
Appointments will be managed to maintain social distancing. We may have you enter or exit through a side door to avoid a crowd gathering at the front desk.
We may ask you to use our online payment option or pay by card over the phone. This is also being done in order to avoid having people waiting unnecessarily at the front desk or in the lobby.
You are welcome to tour our sterilization area if you wish.
In order to limit the number of people in the office at one time, please assist us by doing the following:
If you choose to wait in the lobby please maintain a distance of 6 feet from other patients. The chairs will be marked accordingly to assist in this.
If you would like to wait in your car please call us when you park. We will be happy to call or text you when we are ready for you to go straight to your appointment room.
Please do not have anyone come into the appointment besides the patient unless there are extenuating circumstances (young child, patient needing assistance, etc.)
We look forward to seeing you again and helping you to maintain your oral health. Our excellent team members are happy to answer any questions you may have. As always, we are committed to providing our patients with high-quality care delivered in a safe and comfortable manner. We value your loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.
